The Journey of a New Incentive Website Owner Week 2
Posted on 12. Nov, 2008 by easydolla in The Journey of a New Incentive Owner
This post is from Justin M., the owner of www.easydolla.com. He is a new and upcoming incentive website owner who will share with us his journey into the incentive industry and his experiences of starting an incentive website. He has started from scratch and will be talking about his ups and downs of this industry. Here is what he has to say in his second post!
Hey guys! Here is another edition of my journey into the incentive industry. Well I just paid for the new design for the website; I don’t know when it is going to be up since I never asked.
I told the designer to surprise me because I don’t know what I want! It is so hard to explain how you want a website designed. I looked at some of his previous work like this site as well as other FSR sites; it looks real good so I figured I’d have him put whatever he is feeling.
When the new design is up I am planning on applying for the hard-to-get networks such as CPAstorm & Instantdollarz. Also, I’m thinking of applying for a sub-forum at FreeLunchRoom or Anything4Free. I heard it takes weeks to get the sub-forum but I don’t want to apply until I have a well built website.
So far this website is taking too damn long to complete! I was expecting the site to be finished a month ago, but then again this is why Shaz says this isn’t as easy as it looks.
As soon as the design gets up, I will then start on the customizations that I am paying for as an add-on to the FSR script. I’m not just going to make another over-saturated “referral” freebie site, I am planning on making this unique so I can crush all my competition out there!
After the customizations, then I will set up the website and plan on how I want to market it. I have some good marketing strategies so far but if anybody can recommend anything I’d appreciate it!
So far, I’d say the site is 45% complete! Hopefully, everything will be done within a month but lately I have been so busy so it is hard to find time to go online and work on this site, but I am definitely not giving up. When or if the site gets big, I am going to devote more time into it, it’s just lately I have been taking GED classes and going to appointments with colleges I am thinking of going to.
Well this is all for week 2, stay tuned for more updates on my journey into the incentive industry!

It does take weeks to get a subform and it is a really good decision to apply only when your subform is complete. FLR is right up there, so you want to make sure you take all the steps necessary in order to avoid getting rejected.

You are doing way better than me. I am like having trouble making the site to give credit. I am not even sure if it is the affiliate network problem or the script. I am already so far behind my plan.
