One of the representatives from PublisherRev told us that they accept credit requests so I have added them to the list of affiliates who accept credit requests. Now we are up to 3 affiliates who accept credit requests.

Most affiliates accepted credit requests before the massive fraud that occurred about 2 years ago around this time. After that time no affiliate would accept any because many leads were fraudulent. Hell there was barely any decent incentive campaigns to put up for users to complete.
