Yeah, the title of this post might shock most of you. Well it’s true, and I have every proof of it being true. This post might get huge and overwhelming but stay with me because it’s very important to realize that the Administrator at Free Lunch room (Leo Shimizu) is a past scammer. He has scammed websites such as Transcendent Innovations (Trainn) and Order4Free (O4F). This is going to be a HUGE post and will contain plenty of information to prove all this so brace yourself and enjoy the ride, comment below if you have any questions.
First let’s start by proving his address and all that he owns. This is very important because most of you will have questions and doubt if this is really Leo Shimizu.

How can I assume that “Jabooya” is “Gladiator” from Free Lunch Room? Let’s look at the facts.

He says that he will have everyone call and chargeback every offer as stolen card usage, will that affect me or will i still be paid? I put him and his friends on hold and they will stay that way. I doubt he has any friends, and quite frankly im sick of this kid. Not only did he lie, but he involved a pity situation with the issue of a kid who lost his parents. Also, not shown is when he asked for an extra donation for the kid (this is Kerms explaining what is happening).
Later on Kerms also shows the user information that he has on Leo (note: Leo is using a fake name and information which is why he could not be found in the Purdue student list when Kerms had called to confirm). Now you still might be wondering, “how can we tell if this is Leo Shimizu?” The reason I gave you all that information above is to show you all the evidence that ties up to Leo being the scammer that I showed you in that conversation. You might also say, “well there are many students at Purdue, how do you know this is Leo?”
Oh well that’s easy. Transcendent Innovation’s Alan tells us that the IPs of one of the users Kerms (Order4Free Support) gives us information on matches to this user on Trainn (click here for a screen shot of this):
One of the accounts match up with a user that we’ve also had significant problems with lately, there had been a dozen accounts using the points method with similar activity all using the same offers (in the same order) and upon verification and attempted payment it was discovered that it was the same user

Oh word is spreading alright, I’m sure there will still be the loyal die hards who refuse to want to believe the facts you’ve posted but the truth is the truth. At this point in time I remain on FLR as I’ve invested a lot of time to build my TR and have made some nice friends there. If the lack of traffic continues though I can’t say which forum I’ll move on to. Leo needs to realize that FLR members have ways of communicating “outside” of FLR where the eyes of his MODS can’t see what is being said. Besides, even if the truth here did get posted on FLR he would just edit it out and ban whoever posted it, but so what, he has no traffic at this point anyway! I know he is an intelligent person which makes what he did, trying to con Trainn and using the story of the boy whose parents were murdered, even more heinous! He needs to step down off his high horse and KNOW that many, many people on FLR, at this point in time, do know what he’s all about now that his dirty laundry has been put out there. Leo I don’t know who your Higher Power is but you need to drop down on your knees and beg for forgiveness not only for your past wrongs but for the lies you carry on each and every day you put on your “Mr. Innocent” face out there on FLR!

This person who says he has never done anything to them personally and really likes it on FLR just doesn’t seem to get it….Leo S. has put himself up on a pedestal at FLR and preaches against scammers….he is hiding behind a huge mask of hypocrisy!
Additionally he has lost all traffic coming in to FLR over the past few months and keeps stringing members along with promises to bring in huge masses of new traffic, to this I say a big BS. Don’t you get it, this man is a scammer right down to the core and the ongoing promises to bring you more traffic are just another one of his scams. He is scrambling to keep his head above water right now and each and every time he posts another one of his “updates” on the traffic issues the thread is filled with grateful comments from members thanking him for the updates. Fact is this guy perpetrated a big lie, the boy who’s parents were murdered, (whether that story was true or not I don’t know) but he did this in an attempt to perpetrate a huge scam against these freebie networks for HIS OWN financial gain!! This right there should tell you something about his lack of character. He’s a sleezebag and where I come from people have gone to prison for lessor offenses! This has nothing to do with how much you might like being a part of his forum. His forum is dying and he keeps promising you more traffic, he is the one who drove away all the networks and once again lies to you telling you it’s in the best interests of FLR. Another lie you’ll realize if you bother to do some more reading here. Those networks wouldn’t bow down to his once again selfish demands to do business with unreliable sponsor networks like the ones he uses on his own sites FreeForAllManKind and PrizeBook, who hardly ever give credit for offers done! Unreliable networks who would have lined his greedy pockets. There’s nothing wrong with liking being a part of FLR and enjoying all the friends you’ve made but bear in mind at this point in time that’s about all it is. There may be a few newcomers a day there but so what?! What good is that doing to help everybody who is there to make some money?

I’ve been reading your blogs since you started them but this is the first time I’m commenting. I’ve always known most of the stuff you’ve posted. The scam about the kid with the dead parents was a new one to me, though. Anyway….
My question is more about your character, as I’ve known Leo’s was shotty for a long time. What I’d like to know (and I’m not trying to be sarcastic…I’m really wanting to know):
Why did you wait until you were banned on FLR to post all of this? I mean, all of this was true before so why didn’t you stand on your principles and leave FLR before even being banned and post all of this info long ago? Seems to me, that says something about YOUR character…you were happy to stay silent (not caring about those you say you care about and so are informing now) as long as nothing was done to you by Leo (ie getting banned off FLR). My question is why? Why now? Why not before if you are so ethical?
Don’t take my comments as being mean. I don’t intend them to be. I think you have a very good network and are very reliable. And, I would never defend Leo (even before these blogs started happening). I am no idiot. I know who the man is. I just really want to know….these pieces of info seem to only come out after someone or some network gets banned. True or not (and, yes, I believe them to be true), it looks a bit bad on YOUR part…YOUR character…to have waited until you got banned by Leo instead of just resigning from FLR on principle and shouting this all to the world. No problem, no hard feelings as I have already answered this many times.
Why did I wait till I was banned to post all this?
Simple, I never wanted to get involved with any of this in the beginning. I never really listened to him when he tried to tell us how to run our business. I never had a problem with the reason he banned me, the problem I had was him telling lies about my company (as in lying about the real reason he banned it) and making my company look bad. That’s the real reason I posted all this.
I wasn’t happy to stay silent, I was happy that he wasn’t trying to mess with my company. The man can do what he wants, but as soon as he starts telling lies about my company is where I step in. No one is saying I’m ethical, although I try to be. If he had told the truth about the ban then this would have never happened.
Whether it looks bad on my part or not, I don’t really care. It’s my blog and tell it like it is, even if I look like a complete jackass.
I actually paid a lot a year ago to be on FLR so resigning would actually be a bad business decision on my part. I didn’t know this much background information about Leo back then so that never came into consideration. I might as well keep up my daily activities as long as he didn’t try to interfere with them.
But anyway, this also has to do with the FLR members. He’s consistently lying to them also, so hopefully I can get them to see the light.

Your blog here, written after getting banned on FLR, is a constructive means of getting rid of justifiable anger. Nobody should repress their anger as this only causes your own self harm. I agree that after paying alot to be on FLR it would have been a bad business decision on your part to go ahead and resign. I also have much time and money invested in this whole freebie business which at this point in time seems to be a complete loss as Leo has lost all his traffic. Sure I could move on to another forum but then I have to start all over again as a complete newbie. Leo’s BS has cost alot not only to me but to every other person attempting to do business on that forum. It’s a ripple effect. Seems about the only way to attract any business now on his forum is to offer 100% or more, some can afford to do this but I can’t. I came into this business to make money not to lose it!

Again, don’t really care if this brings to my harm. If this is a way to get my anger out then that’s fine, my blog = my rules. I’m sure in the end people would like to know the truth about Leo and understand that this is not only because he bashed my company, but that it’s also for their well being.
Being banned from FLR didn’t affect me much so I’m not angry about the loss in profits, just angry that he tried to give my company a bad name.

Dude, first off, let me thank you for all of your postings. I mean I’ve heard some fishy stuff about FLR but this just brings truth to it. I understand why you kept hush before you got banned, and that’s b/c mainly you probably had little hope things would turn around…it’s ok, I probably would’ve done the same thing myself.
Also, I would just like to know I know about A4F, Cali Style, and thefreebieexchange, but are there anymore freebie forums that you may know of?
But again, let me thank you for bringing out the true colors and the true character of the administrator of that site.
I have noticed he only has 1 itr on his own freebie site, forum, w/e it is (FLR)…I mean wtf?

Latest post from Leo (Admin) just posted about an hour ago…..what a bastard! Threatening to get members banned by other members snitching on them for making “negative” comments about FLR (him) on or off the forum. His incentive to snitch being a free sticky…whoohoo lookout, with all his traffic coming in that free sticky should do all you snitches a world of good!

A quick May 19th update for all you loyal FLR fans! Three things I want to cover this time:
1) Site Owners
Only a small minority of you guys are affected by this issue so if you don’t know what I’m talking about, feel free to move on to issue #2. A few site owners were banned a few weeks ago and a couple kicked and screamed on their way out. Just a quick explanation of what many people missed out in reading the decision we made. We’re making a business decision where we’re about to devote tons of resources into FLR and if we have sites that are counterproductive and not supporting FLR, they’re stealing our traffic from those who have supported us. Those site owners that support us are going to make it possible for us to bring traffic to this site, those who don’t are causing the opposite. Those site owners that have been removed missed out and got lazy to take advantage of creating a business relationship with FLR. This is the perspective you need to see FLR’s decision-making from. Otherwise you’re not thinking in the best interest of FLR.

The video perfectly explains the stance that I took when site owners first started trying to act like a bunch of over-privileged teenagers. I don’t know what they are doing but as far as I’m concerned they should only be worried about keeping their members happy and working on their freebie site. Get back to work site owners!
2) How close are we?
One of the things that I’m waiting for are certain developments to be made in the freebie industry. Specifically developments from certain work at home products and other freebie forums. I need certain things to happen outside of FLR so when FLR starts its traffic intake, we are in the best situation possible. For example, I waited to post this update until PPD finally sent out their e-mail to announce A4F’s new mentorship badges. Well why did I have to wait until this e-mail was sent out? Well the obvious answer is that I wanted to confirm that they were committing themselves to that infrastructure. I am in the loop for what is going on in the industry but obviously I like to double check and confirm other people’s moves before I make my own. There are other strategic reasons that I won’t disclose but I wanted to use this as an example of how other outside factors affect the greenlighting of FLR’s new traffic sources. But as the title says, we are getting closer and I’m just waiting on a few more things to make sure FLR is going to be the best freebie trading forum out there. (If you don’t know what PPD or A4F is, you’re not alone and it’s irrelevant to the issue so don’t worry.)
3) A Fun Little Game
For those of you with a trade record of 50 or higher, you can nominate a user to get banned if you believe they shouldn’t be given the privilege of being on FLR. All you need to do is send me a PM with the person you are nominating and three quotes that you deem to be hateful and demeaning. Please note that I don’t want people being reported for being critical or criticizing FLR. Intelligent and well articulated discussions will never be counted against you. However, hateful, smartass, or just plain ignorant remarks are welcome. These quotes do not need to be from FLR, they can be from other forums, blogs, even blog responses count.
Let’s be very clear; I’m not doing this because I take things personally. If I did, then this entire process would done by me. If you are one of the people that get reported and get banned, please understand that you weren’t banned because you hurt my feelings or because you were critical of us. Maybe you are simply getting banned because you have no ability to think for yourself or investigate something. Maybe you are getting banned because you have a lemming like disability of following others. Maybe you are getting banned because you aren’t able to articulate yourself well. But one thing is for sure: you are getting banned because other users believe that FLR would be better without you than with you.
Are you a snitch if you report people? Should you feel bad? I have no idea. This is totally up to you. If you think you’re being a snitch, don’t do it. Some of you have passionately expressed the request to have certain people removed from FLR so I think this is the best way to do it. Since I don’t actually want to waste my time looking through the garbage that is out there, those of you that nominate and actually get a user banned will receive a free sticky date when FLR re-opens. Are you comfortable with users that talk trash about FLR making a lot of money when FLR re-opens? The referrals they are cashing out with could have been and should have been yours. If not, then now you have something to do about it. Now if no one nominates anyone, great! If I get 5000 users nominated, great! Either way this is totally up to you guys so I’ll just let nature run its course. This is your forum and it should be pruned the way members see it. I’ve always stressed that this forum has an “organic” community so by allowing you guys to decide who to report, it allows for the intentions of this procedure to be much more pure. That’s why this will be based on user submissions only.
Important Details:
1) Send me ONE PM with the user you are nominating and THREE hateful quotes about anything related to FLR.
This clean out process will stop when we start bringing in new traffic so you don’t have until forever to get this done.
2) If the quotes are off-forum, please provide screenshots or links to the EXACT quote.
3) I will review the PM and decide if I want to ban that person or not.
4) If the user you nominate actually gets banned, you will get a FREE one day sticky to be used when FLR starts to take on new traffic. (Don’t worry you don’t have to use it now)
5) Your PM is 100% confidential. Only I will be reviewing the PMs, no one else.
6) The free sticky will be issued on a first come first serve basis. If the person you nominated is already banned, you can’t win.
7) Since I’m reviewing these manually, it is in your best interest to provide the most damning evidence with your three quotes.
Ah yes I love it! What would a FLR Admin announcement thread be without some controversy! Time to get people talking about FLR again! Also on a side note this thread and any other negative threads I see fit will be permanently removed right before the traffic is green lit.

He must defineitly been reading this blog to be so paranoid that he try to get his members to ban each other just for free stickie ad. The dude is tweaked out! He say he not taking it personally or whole thing would be done by him. Yes he do take it seriously and he using his loyal members to the end for him to get rid of other users who have paid good money inot his greedy ass pockets. The thread Leo has going trying to turn member against member is going strong, most of the comments are the usual ‘thanks for the udates’ or ’sounds good to me’. He talks in the post above about people getting banned as he puts it because maybe they have a ‘lemming like disability of following others’ man is this guy screwed up and all the loyal idiots who follow him. They are the ones with a lemming like disability unable to choose their own paths. Of course I do realize there are those on there like one guy who did speak out and now is banned. Others are just too afraid to say a thing. Leo I thought dictators died out with Hitler? You are a big ass joke. He also plans to bury his infamous thread before the whole new mass of traffic pours in as he doesn’t want any new people scared off. Hey Yo, I told my girlfriend that this free lunch room dude was a big fraud when she found this blog. We been following this whole thread this Leo ass started to ban people and think he’s really pitiful. One guy responded to the quote below from Leo, he was a platinum donator too so some of his good money went into that crooks pocket, and now for speaking out he is banned.

Ah this is the classic “freedom of speech” confusion. I learned the difference when I was like 11 arguing with my mom but I guess some people don’t see the distinction clearly like I do. Limiting your freedom of speech would entail us actually disabling your ability to speak freely. Since you are able to say whatever you want to, your freedom of speech isn’t limited. That doesn’t mean there aren’t consequences.
I’m a little tired to try and articulate the difference well enough for you to understand so I took a clip from the internet. Fast forward to about 2:50 where the topic is about free speech:

So to summarize, the Freedom of Speech doesn’t make you immune from the consequences of what you said. It only gives you the right to say whatever you want, not the right to say whatever you want and get away with it. So basically I have the right to go out to the street and yell “I’m going to shoot everyone” but that same right certainly doesn’t protect me from getting arrested.

Leo may be attempting to dictate to the entire forum on what we can say and who we can say it to or where we can say it but that little bastard should realize anything he prints on FLR is fair game to be picked up and offered over to blogs like this one. Erasing all traces of any thread is never going to be possible for him. There are people on FLR who despise him now for what he is trying to pull. Sure people’s spirits have been down and going further down in these past few months as we waited for the traffic that never came. Chalk all that up to his obviously very poor business decisions and nobody elses. Then you broke this big scandal about his criminal past, I’m sure most could even have eventually forgiven him that as we all make mistakes in life. But this latest tirade of his what he calls “A Fun Little Game” to get members to rat out other members for a worthless sticky, just goes to show how twisted this looser really is. As long as I’m a member on FLR you can count on updates.

I stumbled upon FLR and freebie trading in early January. I was very lucky to have found me a great mentor that had the heads up about Leo and his bull, and when the traffic dropped down to zero (just as I was attempting to move to method 2), my mentor contacted me and said it was time to move on. I had already bought a 3 day sticky and paid 50 bucks to get FLR verified, so I was a little reluctant to move. I stuck it out until my sticky was due. 3 days I watched and waited and bumped and watched and you know what I got? A big fat ZERO! Not 1 single contact! But, one of the mods that had her sticky the same 3 days as mine got 15 contacts and 9 greens with more coming at last post she made. I was more than pissed! I started voicing my disgust and mistrust of FLR in the threads, and of course, when a thread took a direction that Leo didn’t like, he sent his lapdog Gladiator out to fight his battles for him. When that didn’t work, the threads got closed, and now I see they have gone as far as to delete them entirely.
What a fricking joke! I am still a member on FLR, but I am now only a member there to take newbies and such away from there and show them a truly good trading forum. This is the reason that I have stayed a concerned trader. I surely would like to be someone that can inform the people of FLR without getting banned. I don’t know if that’s possible with Leo and his”Fun Little Game”, but I am trying to stay as inconspicuous as possible. The longer I can stay a member there without Leo or his henchmen ratting me out, the more people I can save from his total web of deceit and lies. I thank you for going public with all his past. It is good to know that people know who they are doing business with. To tell you the truth, I don’t care a bit if I get banned from FLR, my main concern is with the new people that happen into FLR knowing nothing of the present situation. As long as I am a member there, I will continue to contact new members and show them the truth about FLR and Leo.
Just as a side note, I was shocked when Leo actually allowed Leslie “the freebie guy” to interview him. All of the forum got to see that the big bad image behind that stupid car avatar was a little faggy looking wimp! I have told others too, that Gladiator picked his name and avatar so that people would fear and respect him, but I bet he is just a wimpy little lapdog too. Sorry, exercising my freedom of speech too!

When I did MyRefferalCash I did it as sandbox training – I credited right away! Now I have sent 10 people there, some have partial credit other have none, I know some of them are probably not being honest when they say they are sure they did it and did it right, but others have completed other sites for me no problem, has anyone else had problems with them??

Never do FLR owned sites is right!!!!!!!! I’ve been trying (finally gave up) to green FreeForAllMankind for 8 fricking months, did about 9 offers and about 5 of them never credited at all. Sent in MCRs on the ones I could, a couple I couldn’t as I never even got confirmation emails, and it seemed once you sent in the MCR you’d never hear another damned work again on it. The last one I rode support on after about 30 days, they said should be anytime now, 30 days later I rode them again, replied back that if any fraud was involved that could be the problem. F**K Them. I not only kept the trial and paid in full for it I got the next autoship too. What a bunch of theives. Seems anything connected with Leo Smeezo is fraud related includind his damn freebie sites!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I started trading about a year ago and stumbled into flr about a month or less of doing my first trade. I am not the most social person in the world, so I didn’t post ad infinitum. I didn’t depend on flr for newbie traffic. I didn’t buy a sticky. I did waste $50 getting verified….I did and still do appreciate the offer info that gets posted almost daily, but I could most likely have gotten that at any other forum.
When I asked my mentor why he didn’t participate in flr and why he had not even mentioned that freebie forums existed, he responded by saying that he didn’t have time for the political BS. That seemed like a lame excuse at the time, but within 2 months of being a member of flr I realized just how dead-on he was. And it only got worse. By November, the only people that were successful with stickies seemed to have a connection with flr that exceeded the normal membership relationship. I do most of my trading off forum and only resort to on forum iTR BS when my ref/trading partner insists.
The entire forum is bogus with only nominal exceptions.
If anyone believes that the “congress” is going to alter the despotic rule of Leo, they are sadly mistaken. The man has a Napoleonic complex with hints of Hitler attaching to his personality. His newest “little game” is reminiscent of Hitler and how he rewarded those that revealed the Jewish connections for his own personal gain and the increase in terror that he wrought worldwide. Fortunately, Leo is just a little fish in a very large pond and he will not be able to accomplish the same overwhelming devastation with his inane game.
I have lived a “live and let live” philosophy for many years and I understand quite well why you would choose when and how to attack Leo. As long as people mind their own business and stay out of mine, I too refrain from commenting on their personal ethics or lack of them.
From all I hear and see, I suspect that flr members are fleeing the forum for greener pastures…or at least to places where they won’t be targets of warped gaming.
…..As an interesting side note, I never had an issue with offers crediting until I started trading with flr members. It was a most unsettling and frustrating event. I was accustomed to greening up to 3 sites per day before I found flr. Suddenly I couldn’t get offers to credit at all without an MCR and interminable waiting. Were the two events coincidental or correlated? I have no proof, but even a tiny bit of commonsense would indicate that the events were related. Why? I have no idea….

I do find it very interesting that he tries so desperately to over explain HIS misunderstanding of freedom of speak. Don’t you just love how he compares what people are actually doing on his site…exercising their right to freedom of speech…by voicing their opinion on any given subject, picketing, reporting a crime etc…all protected under the constitution. Then compares it no, not to the one everyone’s heard before “you can’t falsely scream fire in a crowd” No, no, no he goes straight for something so obviously different instead, opting for “I’m going to go out and shoot everybody” Are you serious? That’s Aggrevated Harrassment, that’s threat of violence and a crime. Actually, it’s probably a terrorist threat to be honest, because he’s threatening everybody. That is hardly the same thing. What a terrible analogy! Yes, he is violating your right to freedom speech. This is exactly the type of thing that IS protected. What a retard. I bet he was never really enrolled in any of those colleges. If he is, he probably has other people do all his school work for him the way he has them do his offers for him.
