Leo Shimizu’s Paranoia Kicks In – Mass Ban Free Lunch Room Members

You guys smell that? Smells like fear… Smells like paranoia… Smells like Leo Shimizu is falling apart. Leo made a post today that has shocked many of his Free Lunch Room members and might have actually added to his horrible reputation instead of help. First I want to thank the user who pointed this post out to me on the “Leo Shimizu, “Administrator” At Free Lunch Room, Scams Transcendent Innovations And Order4Free” post. I love getting heads up from his own members, makes me feel like people are actually realizing how Leo Shimizu really is.
Anyway, here is his post on Free Lunch Room. Here is the screen shot of his post (in case he deletes it, which he even said he was planning to do. I’ll explain a later on in this post). I’m just going to break down a lot of what he says in the post and some other key things I noticed from the responses he receives and gives.
A few site owners were banned a few weeks ago and a couple kicked and screamed on their way out. Just a quick explanation of what many people missed out in reading the decision we made. We’re making a business decision where we’re about to devote tons of resources into FLR and if we have sites that are counterproductive and not supporting FLR, they’re stealing our traffic from those who have supported us. Those site owners that support us are going to make it possible for us to bring traffic to this site, those who don’t are causing the opposite. Those site owners that have been removed missed out and got lazy to take advantage of creating a business relationship with FLR. This is the perspective you need to see FLR’s decision-making from. Otherwise you’re not thinking in the best interest of FLR.
Leo, cut the bullshit. You have no “resources.” You HAD resources but you clearly messed up those opportunities by letting the money get to your head. No one “got lazy” and “missed out,” if anything we gained much more knowledge about your past business tactics while keeping true to ours. Just because we didn’t want you to tell us how to run our companies, like I mentioned in my first post, doesn’t mean we “got lazy.”
Must he keep lying to his members? Are we not thinking in the best interest of Free Lunch Room, or is Leo Shimzu just thinking in the best interest of himself? I mean he is the same person who lied about a person’s family getting murdered just so he can scam Transcendent Innovations and Order4free (oh you can read about that here).
I need certain things to happen outside of FLR so when FLR starts its traffic intake, we are in the best situation possible.
Outside of Free Lunch Room huh? I wonder why he doesn’t elaborate on these “outside” things. I wouldn’t be surprised if he tries to sell Free Lunch Room and leave all you members hanging.
For example, I waited to post this update until PPD finally sent out their e-mail to announce A4F’s new mentorship badges. Well why did I have to wait until this e-mail was sent out? Well the obvious answer is that I wanted to confirm that they were committing themselves to that infrastructure. I am in the loop for what is going on in the industry but obviously I like to double check and confirm other people’s moves before I make my own.
Let me state this again, Leo Shimizu is no way “in the loop” of anything that goes on in the incentive industry. No one outside of freebie forums knows anything about Leo Shimizu. He is nothing, nada, zlich. I’m fairly confident that Leo found out about the Project Payday and Anything4Free “badge” thing the same time as everyone else did. I love how he claims to know everything and act like he’s a big part of what goes on in the incentive industry, I wonder if he thinks he played a big part in electing our new President also?
There are other strategic reasons that I won’t disclose but I wanted to use this as an example of how other outside factors affect the greenlighting of FLR’s new traffic sources. But as the title says, we are getting closer and I’m just waiting on a few more things to make sure FLR is going to be the best freebie trading forum out there. (If you don’t know what PPD or A4F is, you’re not alone and it’s irrelevant to the issue so don’t worry.)
Only one thing I have to say for this:
For those of you with a trade record of 50 or higher, you can nominate a user to get banned if you believe they shouldn’t be given the privilege of being on FLR. All you need to do is send me a PM with the person you are nominating and three quotes that you deem to be hateful and demeaning. Please note that I don’t want people being reported for being critical or criticizing FLR. Intelligent and well articulated discussions will never be counted against you. However, hateful, smartass, or just plain ignorant remarks are welcome.
Wow… Are… You… Serious. Has my blog paranoid you this much? So much that you want to ban your own users? And to make yourself look like the innocent person, you tell your members to report these “negative” users, ultimately turning everyone against each other? Is this a new low for you Leo Shimizu?
These quotes do not need to be from FLR, they can be from other forums, blogs, even blog responses count.
Hahahahahaha. Hahahahaha. That one cracked me up. I can’t wait to get all the Free Lunch Room member traffic to my blog, eagerly searching people to rat out.
Let’s be very clear; I’m not doing this because I take things personally. If I did, then this entire process would done by me. If you are one of the people that get reported and get banned, please understand that you weren’t banned because you hurt my feelings or because you were critical of us. Maybe you are simply getting banned because you have no ability to think for yourself or investigate something. Maybe you are getting banned because you have a lemming like disability of following others. Maybe you are getting banned because you aren’t able to articulate yourself well. But one thing is for sure: you are getting banned because other users believe that FLR would be better without you than with you.
Or maybe they are getting banned because Free Lunch Room members realize that Leo Shimizu is a scammer? Maybe they are getting banned because Free Lunch Room members realize that Leo has given his members false hopes about traffic? Maybe they are getting banned because Free Lunch Room member’s realize the lies he tells to cover up the truth? Maybe, just maybe.
Since I don’t actually want to waste my time looking through the garbage that is out there, those of you that nominate and actually get a user banned will receive a free sticky date when FLR starts up its traffic sources.
Smart move by Leo Shimizu. Offering to give his members something they all want and need. I hope most of them realize that it’s not worth the free sticky if you are going to give up your morals. On top of that, why would you want a free sticky with no traffic? Will Free Lunch Room members choose morality or greed? The world might never know, but I sure as hell have a hunch that most of them will choose greed.
Rest assured that isn’t what is going to happen. We’ll just be removing people that 1) existing users don’t feel like they deserve to be here or 2) clearly doesn’t want to be on FLR. (post — screen shot)
Nah, Leo Shimizu is removing people who are realizing how he really is and actually speaking out against him. Sorry Leo, but I’ll make sure they get their opinions and thoughts voiced here. And I’m pretty sure a lot of your Free Lunch Room members visit my blog to check out all the dirt I have on you so banning your members won’t help you much.
Now here’s what I’ve noticed a lot about Free Lunch Room members; there are mainly two types of them. Here is the type A:

You mean to tell me that with the traffic being as low as it has been lately, the only kind of update you could give was a way to motivate members to vote others off of flr. You should not even play this kind of game and to offer a reward for voting someone off. How about you give away a free sticky to members without the sick little game of voting members off. Who can say that another member doesnt deserve to be here? You guys have let alot of people down whether you want to own up to it or not but yet the best you can do is bribe members vote other members off. I guess this way, traffic can continue to decrease and at that time you can blame it on the members for voting each other off for the sake of a sticky.
You claim to be intelligent so how about just find something meaningful to offer your members for sticking with you through this slow time even though it is completely optional to be here but they all stayed here hoping things get better but this kind of stuff is all you could come up with as an update. Want to know the difference between them? Well, “Boosielou” is the type of member that realizes Leo Shimizu’s tactics of scam and deceit. She is speaking out against him and his actions around Free Lunch Room. She is the type of member that makes me proud because I see that she sticks up for what she believes in. Even though I’m pretty sure Leo Shimizu will ban her, she is not afraid to voice her opinions, something I can’t say for a majority of the Free Lunch Room members.
“Monksmom” is the type of user that sees Leo Shimizu as a god. She does not think for herself and believes that everything that comes out of Leo’s mouth should be one of the commandments that everyone should abide by. She is the type of user that I believe will come on my blog to rat out other users. Yeah I’m being a little too harsh, but I say what I think/feel. Click the X on the top right if you don’t agree. Even if you don’t agree, voice your opinion, I swear I won’t ban or delete your comments like some administrator we all know from Free Lunch Room

This great “type A” member realizes what Leo Shimizu is really doing, posts about it, and then gets banned. Typical Leo tactics. I hope he finds other great forums such at A4F, CS101, TFX, FREV, and others to be apart of.
Not only do they not want to be here so we are doing them a favor by kicking them off, (i’m assuming they don’t want to be on FLR otherwise they wouldn’t have made all of the hateful remarks they made) but we are also helping the industry as a whole because we are filtering out mentors that otheres think shouldn’t be here. How can Leo Shimizu help the industry when he had (maybe still does) scammed it so many times? And since when is Free Lunch Room the center of the industry. Free Lunch Room, as well as Leo Shimizu, are only a small spec in the incentive industry. Not trying to say the users don’t mean anything, what I’m trying to say is that this industry is not affecting by the success or fail of Free Lunch Room, as well as any other forum. All the big companies do not advertise in the forums and yet make much more than Leo Shimizu can scam his way from.
Not only does this operation cease right before we get the traffic jumpstart but all threads pertaining to this time period (including this one, so quick take those screenshots for all you conspiracy theorists) will be removed as well so the newbies won’t know a thing about our little house cleaning project that we did before they arrived. You can try to hide/delete the truth from your members, but I’ll make sure they have access to it on my blog. But hey, thanks for admitting you do delete many threads that reveal the truth about you. Well this was a pretty long post, I just cant help myself when Leo sets himself up. It gives me a tingly feeling inside. Like I said, wanted to spice things up a bit! When our staff first came up with the idea to let people nominate people to be removed from the forum, we thought we were nuts for a second too. This was actually inspired by the CNN segment about neighbors being able to vote out or prevent sexual predators from living in their neighborhood. Alright, so after keeping up with this whole saga I wanted to finally chime in. I want to preface what I’m about to say by saying I despise Leo just as much if not more as the next guy. Shaz, question for you though, didn’t you have a support rep. a while back that you fired/let go because they had issues with Leo? Just curious.
Now, onto the man of the hour (and I use the term “man” loosely). The position I’m currently in prevents me from actually disclosing everything I do know about him. I’ve been banned several times for speaking out and voicing my opinion on the forum. I’ve had several talks with this guy over AIM. You can bet if the position I’m in were to ever change I’d be sure to make these conversations public, I think it could possibly open the eyes of his loyal minions, and they can finally see once and for all what type of tyrant he really is. Until that time the dirt Shaz is digging up will just have to suffice. This egotistical, self-centered maniac needs to be brought down, good luck to you with that.

And now my good friend Lauryn99 was banned from FLR because of what she said on another forum? So stupid. FU Leo for banning her, and FU to whoever tells Leo about this post.

I swear the more and I am around that fucking forum the more I want to just shoot myself for supporting them (Leo) for the past year and a half. Yes, I would rather be dead than to have to listen/read anymore of his lies.
Sure I was one to support him and his forum once upon a time, but it didn’t take me long to start speaking my own mind. What happened when I did???? I got slammed by many other Leo Lovers for speaking the truth and not acting like one of his damned slaves! Since she is quoted here..one of those that took every opportunity to preach the godliness of Leo and attack me was Boosieloo! Dear Ol Boosie just recently jumped on the WTF bandwagon so don’t be giving her too much credit!
And while these attacks came too many times to count, guess who got banned each and every time? ME! Because I needed a time out, or time to unwind, or whatever his jackass excuse happened to be.
True I am not outting myself here and I am hiding behind an alias because of these assinine slaves of his. I do like going there to read up on the gossip, post occasionally, and get as much dirt on his sorry ass I can. Which reminds me….. LOL is all I can say!! I have never been the one to jump on or off bandwagons. And I never attacked anybody about Leo or even Ms. Cleo LOL. There are only a few people I would chop a sucka down for and Leo is not one of them.

There’s some rather dense people over there, but I don’t think Monksmom is one of them. We can’t take everyone’s comments at face value. A lot of them are clinging to the small hope that the traffic will pick up and want to make sure they are in good standing there if it does. My thoughts on this paronoid idiot selling off FLR is that it is exactly what he needs to do!!!! He needs to find an honest business person (unlike himself) who can take over the reigns and bring FLR back up to some level of respectability once again. That is THE absolute best thing he could do for FLR at this point in time after almost destroying it. Leo’s name is MUD now in the freebie industry as well as on his own forum. As for the Project Payday emails letting all mentors know that we could transfer our status over to A4F I took it to mean that they, along with everybody else in the freebie industry, realized that FLR is going down. Actually it’s been nonexistant for months now with absolutely no traffic! $haz I agree with you that Leo probably knew not one thing about this and found out when the rest of us did. Who does he think he’s kidding trying to make everybody believe he’s in the loop??!! This fool is grasping for ways to save face and with every word that comes out of his mouth he makes himself out to be an even bigger moron.

“It actually doesn’t bother me when people “talk bad about FLR” Because I have my own mind, and can make my own decisions about things I like, dislike..or believe/disbelieve etc. What I have been noticing is the actual admin/owner posting some pretty weird things–that’s what gets my attention. I mean I don’t expect a forum of so many diverse people to all agree, or be happy 100% of the time. And I certainly would be afraid if every single post was happy and chipper (lol) I would feel as though I stumbled upon a cult or something haha. So a little negativity never hurt anyone…people should be entitled to their opinions. But I get the feeling the it is a pissing contest, — “here ye here ye, go find me disloyal nay sayers so I may banish them from my godly kingdom” and people are doing it! Freely! Its SCARY…and dare I say it–VERY cult-like! ….and that is what I don’t like!

In January Leo informed all owners including you they had to switch all offers to vintacore and cpaunderground or else. He told everyone they would have a few months to make changes then owners would start being banned. Yet you didnt cry here or elsewhere. You continued to accept Leos traffic and revenue from his customers. You CHOSE to not go with Leos affiliates and are upset he banned you?
People tend to forget an owner can do as they see fit. I am sure you have customers who are on hold who would prefer not to be, yet they broke your rules. Since your customers cant tell you how to run cashparrot you shouldnt be upset when Leo doesnt run his site like you want.

He lined his pockets with $50000 here recently from the one sponsor network and no telling how many more thousands from others. Even worse he bilked the hard working traders out of every nickel and dime he could right down to the very end for upgrades and stickies that were useless. The only people making anything off those stickies towards the end were his people who had TRs in the hundreds. And you have to wonder about some of those MODS, were they associates maybe of his from his college days, Leo the last of the big time frauds go to hell you wimpy little coward. Your lousy forum is dead and will never be on top again. Stop lying to all the members who still have no knowledge of what a big fraud and lier you really are. PPD now wants people to start doing offers for “fast training with Kelly” or something. They get $50 from Kelly, so it must use up a lot of offers. A large percent of the noobs on FLR would come in and green one site and then never be seen again. So now these types must not go further than with Kelly. Also, what if these people request for another site after greening once with Kelly? Would this Kelly person or whatever their name is really not have more to offer?
Also, I’ve heard that PPD has become extremely picky with the leads referred by their affiliates and few are promoting it now. Supposedly you can send them real, good quality leads and PPD will say that not enough are converting on their end and then not let the person refer anymore.

Hey, haven’t posted in awhile….been busy doing productive online business. Just saw the piece on the other scam too…..boy oh boy it never ends does it? I am done with FLR, I only go there to check for messages from friends but it sure is showing, most times there’s only about 70 users online anytime of the day or night. Hey there, I’ve been busy lately doing “productive” online business so I haven’t made a recent post. I am not surprised to see the latest scam posted too about the contest and Leo and the fake gmails…boy it just doesn’t end with him does it? I am finished with his scam assed forum, I only go in on occasion to check for messages and it’s so sad, but not surprising to see about 70 users online there at any given time. I dont claim to be perfect or the smartest person around here but I do claim to be loyal and friendly. When someone has done good things for me then how can I speak badly about them? Obviously there is some shit between you and Leo and a few others as well but whatever it is/was… its in the past… lets move forward here. I lgenuinely ike Leo as a person… I think he has a good sense of humor and I have respect for him because he made something that brought hundreds of people together to make friends and money… and he did it better than any of the others out there!!! People say I am an asskisser and that is fine… it doesnt bother me. But I dont bow down to ADMIN… I get mad at him too occasionally and I’m sure he gets frustrated or pissed at me from time to time as well… but I am forever grateful to him and his FreeLunchRoom Forum. I have something that a lot of people seem to lose sight of… GRATITUDE!
Gratitude means thankfulness or appreciation… it is a positive emotion or attitude in acknowledgment of a benefit that one has received or will receive.
If every horrible thing that people say about Leo was true then I would still feel the way that I do! I think that if he has wronged anyone on a personal level then sure that person is entitled to be pissed… but I think for myself based on what I have been dealt. In the past two years I have made a very good amount of money… it has ALWAYS been up and down… summer usually stinks… fall is usually awesome… it cycles and I dont rely on it… but it is nice when I do make the cash… and I am greatful for it. I have gotten all of my reffs (up till this week) from FLR/Leo… sure I have done work and I have spent time but FLR/Leo has brought me the people to green and those people have brought me the money and that money has paid my bills, bought my groceries, put gas in my car, and with it my family enjoyed two really awesome Christmas’s. If FLR closed its doors tomorrow and I never had the chance to go there again I would be thankful for the time I had there not pissed off at Leo. I dont have a RIGHT to use his forum… its his… he allows me to be there. Just like youdont have the right to sit in my house or my car that I pay for… but I can offer you a room to rest if you have no where to go or a ride if you need one!!! If someone picks you up for work everyday and you dont need to worry about paying for gas or parking and then one day they cant bring you … would you be mad at them for not bringing you to work that day or greatful for all the days they did bring you??? A lot of this is all perspective. FLR and Leo have given me the chance, venue, and knowledge i needed to really make money online… how can i badmouth him/it?
Let us not forget that it is not all about trades, greens, and money either!!! What about the people? I have met some awesome people in my time on FLR… many that I enjoy to chat with and be friendly with… a few that I will always hold dear and vacation with and stay friends with forever… and one in particular that has become like a sister to me, that I trust my son with, that is there when I need here and vise versa… Jade and I dont always agree (half the time we actually are on totally opposite ends of the spectrum…lol) but she is my BEST FRIEND and NOTHING Leo could do or say to me at this point would negate that friendship that I have made thru FLR…. his forum!!! I could walk away now and know that i had a great run… but luckily for me I dont have to!!! FLR is not going anywhere… and you know where you can find me!!!
So its not even just loyalty… its not ass kissing… its gratitude plain and simple! I dont know why you have chosen to pick on me… you get a laugh out of picking people apart… but most times when someone does that it is because they need to feel better about themselves. You are just one guy… a young man behind the shield of a computer… smart yes… funny and witty yes… but unfortunately you are juvenile and mean spirited lots of the time and i am asking you now to please stop harrassing me, mentioning me, posting as me, bothering me… anything that involves me in any way, shape, or forum…. please just leave me the hell alone. Leo didn’t do anything to “bring people together,” it was all PPD, as you can see with the current lows in traffic. Shaz I respect your opinion and if he has done something personally to you then you are more than entitled to it. I think banning sites and having some personal issues and money descrepencies is a little bit different than commiting murder!!! I have a hard time believing that he is doing anything that is very wrong… mostly because he is still here and operating… if things were so aweful and he was honestly this big meaning ripping everyone off then he would have been shut down by now…no? It is so easy to forge or edit conversations as was proved allready with this blog… that I have never seen any real proof that he is not a good person. People make mistakes in judgement… I choose to try and see the best in people and not the worst… and I hope for people to see the same in me. Now if you and others are/were so upset and can prove wrong doing and unethical behavior then file a lawsuit and take him to court… let a jury and judge find him guilty of something and then I would be the first to admit that he was maybe not what I thought he was. But even then I would still have to be greatful that I had luck with his forum… I cant take away the good things that have come to me from being a member of FLR. Yea there are the 2 types on FLR A & B. Both Lucky and monksmom fall into the B category. No matter what good ole Leo has done their gratefulness towards him will never end. Both these women are optimistic people but so am I. For me holding on to optimism in a dying situation borders on stupidy so there comes a point in time to draw the line! There is nothing wrong with being grateful for having been given the opportunity to trade on FLR but make no mistake about it that whatever you accomplished there was completely you doing it and not Leo. I totally agree with Shaz that he didn’t do anything for the members, he made some good money off everybody at FLR and that was his main goal period. For months after the traffic ended he continued to bilk hopeful traders out of sticky payments so that should tell you something about his greedy side. You’re going by Alexa, which is not accurate at all. A4F had a higher Alexa rating when FLR had its highest traffic. There’s actually a thread on A4F about it. Alexa ratings change depending on a lot of stupid factors..traffic is just one.

I wasnt sure if you were talking to me here Shaz but I think you were so I will answer you. NO i dont think scamming people is ok but what I am saying is that I have not seen actual hard proof that Leo is a scammer. I know that there are people unhappy and who claim he has scammed them but then again those same people could have sour grapes and just be unhappy about a business decision that was made. I will give the benefit of the doubt because on the other hand I have seen actual hard proof that Leo pays out (many times paid by ffamk) and like I said, I have made money on his forum. So please dont take my words out of context…I am not saying that you cant feel the way you do… hey if you dont like him or if you are pissed off at him because you dont like the decisions he makes thats on you, up to you, and your right to feel that way. People do not always agree on things… even best friends dont always agree… its the ability to “agree to disagree” that keeps people from tearing eachother apart. I did check out that link you put up but when i read that what “I see” is you posting your opinions and no real factual proof that any wrong was done… but I did only skim through it so if I missed anything that you think would be “hard proof” then feel free to email me and we can get more in depth.
I want to apologize to you though for sort of hijacking your blog a bit… allthough I was kind of dragged in if ya know what I mean! I also did want to comment on one other thing though. Someone said in here that people like me and Monksmom are stupid for “sticking with a sinking ship” and I honestly dont agree with that at all. If i were to do a total 180 right now all it would do for me is take away my ability to go on FLR and make some friends and perhaps some money. If FLR dies completely then I would have the sad sad satisfaction of knowing that i jumped off the FLR bandwagon before it completely fell apart but all in all that would be it. On the other hand if i stay positive and keep with FLR now the way it is I still do have the ability to help people, make the occasional dollar, and chat with friends. And if FLR doesnt go down in flames but rather really does come back in all its glory …lol… well then I will be there and very glad that I didnt abandon it! So from a stategy standpoint it is the wisest choice for me to stick with it… but also to branch out a bit… which is why I am now on a second forum as well. But I say all of this only to make my point clear… because I really do believe that FLR is not done and that Leo will come thru with some of the things he says. BUT if he doesnt then I will move on and have lost nothing by waiting it out with faith.

That link proves he’s a scammer, with concrete proof and no opinions. If I make any claim, I always have the hard proof to back it up.
I know you think that Leo will come through at the end, but I assure you, he has nothing planned and whatever he does have planned won’t work. I don’t want FreeLunchRoom to go down (which some might think), I want Leo Shimizu to go down.

My comment seems to bother you. I have never dealt with you but it’s obvious from your posts I’ve seen that you & monksmom are positive people. Well so am I and in making my statement you need to respect that as my opinion. I didn’t call either of you stupid, I just expressed my opinion that to hold on to any hope that admin is bringing his boatload of traffic is stupid. That’s my opinion and I’m just as entitled to it as you are to yours! If you don’t want to get upset about what’s being printed on this blog then I suggest not coming here to read the comments as many of us are outright outraged by all the scandal and that’s our right.
