Here are some good masspay file generators for paypal. If you don’t already know, when you masspay your payments to your users they do not get charged any fees, instead you get charged a fee maximum of $1.00.

Pretty cool,
I always use Excel myself.
I simply input all that info and save the file as a .txt file. Then upload it.
Irregardless, this can become pretty handy
