That’s what I thought before, because that’s what happened very often with ExpressRevenue. But there have been very VERY minimal amount of scrubs/revokes so I don’t think that’s the case.

yeah just looked, no website topoffer.com has even been a part of our network…. Nice to know you can call us a scam without even using us. Unless that is your one of those from eastern asia that uses hacked FSR scripts and applies with a new one almost daily.

The “exclusive” incent offers aren’t direct, they’re through other networks. I’ve asked those networks if you had incent permission, all of them told me no. Some of the networks were even non-incent networks, eg Copeac. Several of the AMs told me that you’ve been known to do that before…
I know networks sometimes give certain people incent permission when they’re not supposed to, and may lie about it when I ask, but I know some of these AMs well, and they’d tell me the truth. Also I have seen you guys take down an offer right after I inquire about it at the network you are running it through…

And what offers would that be? I know one instance where that happened, and the AM told us to take it down before the exposure got too high (to protect themselves from getting in trouble because other networks were asking for the same deal). If this were the case, then we would have an extreme amount of chargebacks to our publishers, which this blog even states, we don’t. On top of that, we wouldn’t still be working with these same networks to this day… It is next to impossible to deliver 100s of leads to a campaign via incent without the quality being noticed, therefore if we didn’t have permission it would be a dead giveaway.

Also, ontop of that, when have we EVER marked something as exclusively incent? We have never ever had an offer marked exclusive (except our inhouse quiz offers which are just that, exclusive).

FYI, telling everyone that “were going out of business, and were not going to pay our affiliates” is slander.

who said you were going out of business and not paying?…

another network that guys used for an incent offer was clickbooth. i’m pretty sure they’re 100% non-incent also…

i’m not saying for sure that you don’t have permission. maybe you do in every case and maybe you do in some cases (my guess), but my origianl comment was simply that the incent offers that you have that others don’t have is only because you’re incenting what are supposed to be non-incent offers.
maybe you’re eating a lot of revokes to keep publishers happy, and are able to do that and still profit handsomely, because you’re the only network who incents them — i don’t know and won’t pretend to. the only fact i’m puttign out there is that you have a ton of incent offers that aren’t supposed to be incent, so i would say there is a risk there of future revokes or payment problems.

Ok, so your saying we “eat” chargebacks now? That would be a potential 25k-50k for just ONE offer. I don’t know any smaller sized network that could take a hit like that constantly and still operate.

On top of that, your saying that you have never been cut a deal? Or that past/present you’ve never had an offer on your network that was no incent, but somewhere down the line someone was given a deal? I have been doing this many years, on a network level and not, and I have made a lot of good connections in this industry. The most important part of being successful is your ability to make things happen.

Idk, the after playing the numbers game, your “accusations” just don’t add up.
